I usually have real clear skin, but now i am pregnant and have been getting quite a few pimples on face, chest and upper back. I use soap and olay pads, oil dabbers... nothin is working

its the baby sending your body through changes it happens to almost everyone....you have another life living inside of you trying to grow so it going to drain you a lil bit but believe me its all worth it in the end....whether the break out goes away or not.....youll see

I have the same problem and I just wash my face off with an acne-medicated soap bar I bought at a Jewel-Osco and then I use these really strong thin little white pads that you rub on your face that are saturated with salycic acid and other acne-medications. It's making my acne less visible and less inflamed, itchy or red. It's still there though... I occasionally do a face mask to keep my skin soft, but my skin gets oily hours later. I think this is all hormones and the only way to change your hormone balance or any other internal change is a medicine that you ingest like Nature's Cure or Accutane, BOTH of which are EXTREMELY dangerous for pregnancy so DO NOT use them. Just take care of it after your birth, pregnancy is rarely glamorous in any way.

i went thru the same thing. after childbirth cleared up right away. Desert Essence Tea Trea Facial Cleanser works good. the first few days you might notice a few small red bumps on your skin but after a couple days you should notice a change

my dear you are at the mercy of your hormones. not much you can do other than daily washing with a mild soap.
