Sorry friend, I do not have the ephemeris for the 80's, nor the time conversion information.
I thought most Indians do their horoscopes by the moon.
You'll need to find a professional and you are not likely to do it on answers. You can see by the other questions that interpretation of a horoscope is fairly meaningless to the questioners. It's all about what signs are good mates.
They should check out Venus & Mars, the 7th house just for a start, rather than focusing on sun signs
