Take your computer to a computer technology store and that could help you to upgrade your computer that might give you more memory for your program or something like that. Or you can call the company from which your computer is from and ask them what the problem could be and how to fix it.

1.Check if your hard drives are compressed or not , because compression may lead to slowing down the computer.
2.Always leave about 10% of your hard drive empty.
3.If this doesn't work try installing the windows.

If it's an older computer, take it into a shop and tell them you want to buy more RAM. DRAM and SRAM; one is faster one is slower. Get the faster one that your motherboard supports.
