Well I've got to say Ghana because most groups are settled already and it would make for a more interesting group. USA to beat Italy too, then the last games USA v Ghana and Italy v the czechs will make for a better finale.

I couldn't watch the Italy-Ghana game, but from what I have seen of Essien for Chelsea, I dont think this guy can finish for Ghana
