I have a Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz. In hot weather like summer the temperature goes up to 63 degrees Celsius. Usuali then I just stop using it and let it cool down. I havent made any modifications to it, no overclocking it or anything else. What is the maximum temperature it can handle? Should I do something about it and what?

The highest temperature a MOSFET transistor in my R/C electronic speed control can handle is boiling (100 celcius or 212 F), so a Pentium 4 can't be terribly different.

The processors are designed for performing in all weathers because the engineers are more clever then us.

you can also use bigger heat sink and add more fans in your casing
