Personally, I like The Clash, but I want to know what you like.

Classic?
The best is the Sex Pistols.
They gave it a dirty, punch that the Ramones, 60's garage sound never had.
For Example Shawnia Twain and Justine Timberlake can wear a ramones t-shirt, but they wouldn't dare were the pistols, theyd get beat up.
My favorite punk band is the Dead Kennedy's their california surf punk sound and political satire is as relevant today as its in its realease...
other favorites include social distortion, op ivy, and of course the clash.

Nirvana. By the way, Blink 182 is not crap(though Green Day is!). Can't compete with the classics but they are still awesome.
