No, don't wait to go to college for a year after you graduate!. You will never go back, and I know you probably are saying you will. I was very goal driven when I was in school and wanted to go to college very badly after, but decided to take a year off. It's almost been 4 years and I'm just going back this fall! I liked the break and being able to work for money full time. Do it while you are young! Trust me. I wish I would have gone right after school. I would almost be done by now!

actually u should concentrate on class 11 and 12 studies rather then joining preparatory classes coz if you secure a good %age in+2 then there will be loads of oppurtunities n front of you and stil after 12 you appear for eng entrance exams and then choose rather to pursue btech or to enjoy college life fully by doin bsc honours

you really need to figure this out on your own. For some people taking a year off after 12 grade is good for others it is not. Make a list of pros and cons for staying in and one for staying out. The one that you are the most happy with you should go with. you might also want to talk to your parents and friends who might also help you to think about it more clearly. Best of Luck!

i went to college right out of highschool and it ruined my idea of college, hoever I went to in internet based school and found a different perspective. I think it all depends on whether you are ready to start school and whether you can see yourself giving it your all. I foundt hat many people make the mistake when they are a freshman, its freedom so they go off the deep ends of partying and such, When you become aware that partying is onot all its cracked up to be. When you go to collge it is completly different then highschool, the classes theprofessors, but be prepared. I would go right after school but you need to believe in yourself every step of the way

I am an engineer. Don't skip a grade. The classes are difficult and everybody is much smarter than high schoolers.

Get as much schooling as you can possibly handle if you want to make a good living. I would go with the engineering entrance prep.
Good luck!
