Not much, it sounds a bit forced like the parents were trying to make the best when they really wanted a boy.
I also think that Jerina would work very well in rude songs and insults and the spell check suggested Jeering, Jerking and Perinea as "correct spellings".

it's cute, but then i think of the name 'Jerry', which in turn, somehow makes me think of an old white-haired farmer, so maybe not so good.

actually, i don't really like it. it sounds like it was supposed to be "jemima", and the "r" gives it a strange touch.
