Of course there is!! well here it is:
First: you gotta dive into the deepest water.
Second: Try to find a strange blue seaweed
Third: Try to taste it and when you feel like your up it means.......... Some thing has happened if you eat it. I'm warning you..... there's a curse in the written legend!! And it says that when you ate the wrong one you'll be cursed forever!!!!!!

Nope anna, it ain't bout Harry Potter right now, I mean, there's no such thing as boy wizards. We can only breathe underwater if we have gills, because no matter how much air is produced by seaweed, it always get dissolved in the water and only gills can sift the oxygen out. In addition, if the air bubble is big and the 'surface tension' is strong enough, allowing our heads to enter the bubble without it bursting, then can we breathe.

Some seaweed have air bladders that helps them float. It may be possible but I'm not sure. Some marine animals use seaweed for air. (I thought of Harry Potter too!)

I think you may be asking if 'gillyweed' exists. Harry Potter used it to save his friends and opponents friends in "The Goblet Of Fire" Unfortunately, the only place it exists is in the Hogwarts School in the Harry Potter books.

If you live in a fictional world and go to Hogwarts with Harry Potter, then you can try "gillyweed." Other than that, you're out of luck in the real world.
