I think that in Oklahoma that every pond was stocked when it was built. The trick is to find one that was stocked several years ago . That way you will have more fish and bigger fish. Ask some land owners and they will probably be able to tell you just what ponds were built and when. The problem with fishing a well maintained stocked pond is that the owners almost always are picky about who fishes these ponds. You might have just as good luck or better by finding a large pond that has been there a long time. That is where you get the big fish out of sometimes

I looked up fishing in my yellow pages and found at least four not to far from me
