i want to know what is the best torrent programme iam using azureus is it the best or there is another one?

Im using Bearshare & Shareaza bot are good but speed is 15kbs(in)

there are many, but the most common is Azureus and utorrent, there are many others like bitlord, bitconjurer,bitcomet, bittorrent, and it also depends what OS you are using.
