My 13 year old friend is pregnant with our 28 year old math teachers baby. She hasn't told her parents. I'm the only one who knows. What should I do. P.S. She hasn't slept with anyone else but the teacher.

You should tell her parents so they can make the right decision. Also, you must report the teacher to authorities.

You're in a tough situation. Your friend is in an even tougher situation and it's important the she realizes that it is not going to just go away. I became a mother as a teenager and it was the absolute hardest thing I've ever done. My parents also did not react the way I thought they would, they didn't kick me out or banish me. For your friends sake, you need to talk to an adult that you trust. Your friend trusted you with her secret which means that she trusts your judgement, she trusts you to do what's right. Has she taken a pregnancy test? If not, do that first, you can buy them at the local drug store. If she is pregnant, the best thing that you can do for her right now is to get help from an adult that you trust and not from the math teacher. If you can't go to someone in your family or hers, go to your local teen health clinic or call a helpline or warm line and ask them for advice. Please don't just wait for this to "go away" because if she is pregnant, the longer you wait the harder it will be to deal with it all. If it turns out she's not pregnant, she still needs to get help because a 28 year old teacher should not be having sex with his 13 year old student no matter what the situation or how mature she is. The teacher is not allowed to have any relationships with a student, it's against the law. Tell the prinipal, police, and your parents, and of course her parents.
The 13 year old should get a shrink and treatment, also have an abortion.
Her parents can file a lawsuit against the 28 year old math teacher.
Hurry, do it as soon as possible, because in the end, not matter what happens, you're going to feel guilty.

TELL her parents or another adult immediately. This should not keep this a secret. You nor she should keep it from them. She won't get into trouble. A teacher sleeping with a child is very nasty, wrong, and is statutory rape. He needs to pay and not get away with it. If you don't ,he could do that with another child and think he can get away with it. Plus he may end up dening the child. Saying that she is crazy and just wanting it to be his, it's not his and everything. Because he knows that He's caught and will get into a lot of serious trouble. Help her do whats right , best for her and the baby. Don't abort. Tell her to have the baby and if she doesn't want him/her, have her parents help her give it up for adotion. It's not her fault or the babies.

ok...that is nasty...but really..I have a friend who had a baby back in September or 2005 and she just turned 16 this year, her parents knew and they were p.o.ed but later her parents learned to love their granddaughter...but she is WAY TOO YOUNG to be be pregnant and having a baby. She doesn't have that responsibilty or maturity to have a child. I think she should have an abortion A.S.A.P. before her parents sue her teacher and get really p-ed off and can't trust her and have to kno where she is. Some times girls at that age can lie to and I kno that for sure. i had a friend lie about that too...she thought he was really cute and stuff...but i dunno what to tell you unless she has proof. You need to tell her parents before it is too late...if you don't then something may go wrong.

That is so wrong, what would a 28 year old see in a 13 year old. She needs to tell her parents about him. He basically raped her, he needs to do jail time for this. How sick!

You better tell someone. That isn't right. If your friend is planning to keep the baby then I suggest telling for the sake of the baby. Or try talking her into telling someone even her parents.

Your friend needs help right now. Tell her parents immediately. Tell trusted school officials. Your friend is going to need you now more than ever.

she needs to tell her parents so they can help her decide what to do.
she may think that she knows how to handle things but her teacher acted illegally by sleeping with her and he needs to be dealt with.
your friend's health could be in danger from getting pregnant at an age when her body is not fully developed.
please try and convince her to speak to her parents or at least to go and visit a doctor.
