Depends. Both pay a decent wage.
In private practice, a psychologist can make over $100k. Working for the government or a social service agency, you would make less, maybe $30 to 70k, depending on where and what degrees you hold.
A biotechnologist working for a university or pharmaceutical or biotech company might make $30 to 50k doing basic bench or computer work, and much more if leading the research or if they come up with a great innovation. This depends on degree too. PhDs have more earning potential.
