Bananas are good for you because they are full of potassium! I think too much of anything isn't good. Just eat a normal amount - if you really like them maybe 1 or 2 a day.

Bananas have a lot of potassium. If you are restricted on potassium for any reason then you would need to limit the
bananas. If you eat an excessive amount of bananas you
will probably be sick of them before long. I sometimes eat
as many as 3 a day.

A bananas just a simple carb, wich in turn will do no harm to you--unless like the others said: If it's all your eating and not eating other foods then you have a problem. Try mixing it with a complex card once and a while: double the power.

Eating bananas in excess causes a laxative effect. 3 bananas a day is an adequete amount for consumption.

u can have a banana. It's really good. Not more than 3 in a day.

If you ate too many, you might be in trouble as they might displace other foods and nutrients from your diet.
More importantly, they are pretty sweet, so the sugar could get to you, especially if diabetic.
And too many bananas would give you a stomach ache and mess with your stool consistency.....

This is a really cute question, and i can tell u that...bananas are a good source of carbohydates..good for the body..At least that is what my textbooks says..Haha

It is if your on medications that interfere with potassium levels going too high.
