Can anyone give me tips or websites on eye make up. I want to know tricks to help make my eye shape and eye color (green) stand out. I have long black lashes as well. Anything would be appreciated.

I have green eyes. To make them stand out purples and maroons are the best. Also green is okay...but purples and maroon is the best.

I also have green eyes with long black lashes. I think you should try to use earth tones like brown. You take the darkest color and smoke the middle of your eyelid then the second to the lightest color on bottom lids and under the arch of brow. Then line the lida as close as possible to lashes and line bottom as close to lashes also. A coat or 2 of your favorite mascara and maybe use a lash curler depending on your mood!

I'm not sure about websites but I find that plum shades make green eyes pop! I would have to know your eye shape to help you out there. A dual coat of mscara always makes eyes stand out , but use it only on your upper lashes.

Lucky you with the long black lashes, most girls would kill for that! I just went to a make up party and we learned how to apply make up. It was really helpful, why dont you have one of those for good tips? Plus you get free products and a fun nite with the girls,bottle of wine etc???
They did tell us never to put your eyeliner on the bottom of your eye on the inside, if you do it at all put it on the outside, lower part other wise it makes your eyes too small. Another good tip i heard was if you accidently smudge eyeliner or mascara on your eyelid or else where (as i usually do!) dont wipe it off as it will taake your make up off or smudge it worse. just put a tiny dot of foundation or concelear on a cotton bud and pat it softly on your smudge.

Well personally I think peachy shades look the best, and make green eyes stand out. Brown tones too. Revlon In The Buff Quad is great for brown tones, and peachy colours similar to NARS All About Eve duo would look fab. Coat your lashes with Diorshow and you will look great!

Well you will want to start with eyeliner. Gently take the pencil and trace the bottom of your eyelids. Then put eyeshadow (If I were you I would choose light green or black or brown) on your eyelids. Not too much or it will look bad. Then put mascara on you eye lashes. Just sweep it through your eyelashes.

light purple colors are good for people with green eyes I have green eyes and it really brings it out

follow the natural shape of your eyes use liquid liner on top and pencil on the bottom try colored mascara to accent your eye color. try cosmopolitan.com (the magazine) for more tips.
