Well, I cannot speak for a mass group of people, but I can say with confidence that the females I know are attracted to the London accent. In addition, I personally find that those from England in general have a better sense of literature, politics, and history, which are interests of myself and many others. Intelligent conversation is sexy.

Because Englishmen actually LIKE women and not only as sex objects. So if you want to have women friends treat them as decent intelligent human beings, be a good friend first and you'll be appreciated. (I know many men will scoff at that, because they'll say that's what they did and they were passed over. But what they have usually done is treat women with EXCESSIVE respect instead of expecting to be treated equally well in return). I should think that any man who can listen and not just pretend to would be at a great advantage!

Speaking for myself (Southern belle from Virginia), I don't find guys from England all that appealing. I do like the British accent but that's about it.

Maybe it's the same reason 'I' find some foreign women sexy; a combination of their accent, demure, and feminism.

jogs my memory of the guy on Safari in Africa at the same time as he meets a witch physician and saves his existence through taking pictures a marauding lion that became about to attack him. The witch physician says "thanks. For saving my existence i am going to provide you one choose." because the guy became no longer fairly properly endowed he replies "I choose my penis ought to attain the floor." The witch physician wave his palms round saying "Your choose is granted." in simple terms then the guy's legs fell off! good comic tale through the way.
