They did my home for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I'm not super-impressed. They wouldn't move ANY furniture (though they said they would move all but heavy dressers sofas, etc), they didn't clean up to the edge by the furniture, they couldn't get out any of the debris (play doh, candle wax dots, etc), and the odor eliminator was really more of a fragrance mask that lasted only 3 days. They came on time, but did not respond to my email inquiries (made the reservation via internet) at all, and it took them 2 days to respond to my phone calls, even though I called the franchise directly. One of the operators was a little scary-looking, so I'm glad they were both frightened of my German Shepherd, because you almost felt like he was casing the joint! I've had Sears cleaning service and Service Master in the past, and Service Master was by far the most thorough.

Yes, but beware if you think the discount certificate or advertised cost will be what you will pay. My discount wasn't honored at all. They will also encourage to buy their products to keep your carpet looking good. You are better off doing it yourself with a rental machine.

I've had good and bad experiences with them. I think it just depends on the proprietor.
