Okay, first of all it's NOT a "birthday certificate", it's a Birth Certificate!
Second, this has nothing to do with Gardening/Landscape.
Third, this isn't even a question. Just because you put a question mark after some words, does not automatically make it a question.

Do you mean birth certificate? You need to contact the state in which you were born to purchase a copy or go to a web site such as www.birthcertificatesusa.com
