Get the cyclinder rebored, can be risky if not done at proper bike shop. Otherwise just change the exhaust system as the standard fitted ones are restricted to keep the noise level down as they restrict the exhaust gases escaping. By fitting a race end can it allows the gases to escape quicker and can give an extra 7 -10 bhp. Could also get a dynojet kit (dynojetdirect.com) along with new exhaust system (akrapovic-exhaust.com) and carbs rebalanced. Bike will run lot faster!!

Whoooaaa ....some suggestions you have from others. But if you are not planning to spend so much. Then I suggest you get the best oil(I recommend Gulf which goes on for 10000Km in one change) and use only Speed or any other branded high octane Petrol. You will see a significant change. And with all this a regular service also does the trick.

Bigger carbs/injector throttlebodies, valve job, new exhaust, bump compression, bore cylinders, racing fuel, turbo, ram air induction, K&N filter, plugs, racing ignition coils, remap the computer (power commander), If i forgot anything else, forgive me
You can do all the above or just spend less and buy a newer, faster model

With nothing to go on, this gets more generic. More air, more fuel, more compression, more spark, gets more power.
