Obviously other people do not perceive your answers to be that great.
Thanks John B but I think you're having me on!!! A trick to getting best answers is maybe to throw some light-hearted ones in, sometimes a little humorous answer stands out and give the asker a smile.
I'll still consider you're answer to my question despite being called a cockney ****!!!

Welcome! And may you get a lot of pleasure out of it. It isn't for the points (though we all like to get them), it's for the pleasure of giving good answers which, you hope, will make a difference to someones day. Sometimes you even get to hear about it!
I've looked at some of your answers and I would say that you need to do some work on your answering technique. I'm afraid 'yer ain heid' doesn't count for a lot as source material here, despite your opinion of it (and I am only being slightly ironic).
There is a knack to BestAnswering and you get the hang of it through time. I'm by no means an expert - there are some with over 50% BA's and I'm currently around 13%! Here is what I've learned so far:
1) Be selective about your questions. Don't bother about those you think you can't answer well.
2) A specialised subject or a question to do with a particular area that you know about is more likely to be one that you will answer excellently. Also, if you read a question and find it puzzling and 'think into the questioner's mind', you will find that many of the answers besides yours will simply say 'what are you on about?' If you have the knack (and it is a knack) of reading beyond the words, you have a better chance of giving the information needed.
3) If it's a new question (asked within the last 2 or three minutes) you can be sure that others are answering it too while you are writing your answer. A mean trick - to be used sparingly - is to immediately type a word or two, then click Preview and Send. That bags your place near the top of the list and then you can Edit and compose your proper answer! It is a bit of a mean trick and it's only worth doing if you know it's the kind of question that the questioner is not going to spend the time to vote on themselves (sadly more than half don't). If a question is left to Community Vote usually the question nearest the top which approaches a complete answer is the one that is chosen.
4) Avoid answering too many poll-type questions - 'What is your favorite film?' &c ... (technically, these are Chatting, anyway). There can never really be a 'Best Answer' to these unless you have a lot to add about the subject.
5) Know that you can sort Questions by date (up or down) and by number of answers. Again, this is a little like cheating but is sometimes worthwhile (from the Questioner's point of view as well as yours). If you answer a question which already has some answers, you can often get a better idea of what the questioner really wanted to know and come up with a more complete answer. Chose questions which are around a day old.
I hope that helps. As I have shown, there is an element of 'gaming' about it ... let us say strategy? ... which is not (I would say) entirely in the spirit of the thing but you will find that other people are much less observant of that.
Finally, I ought to mention that Best Answers can come in slowly. If the questioner just leaves the question it goes to vote after 7 days. It may then take another 7 days at least before a Community Vote comes to a conclusion. You may well find some of your 80 answers come back as Best after 2 or 3 weeks.

ok, i'm one in each of those been there unkempt females that now takes a good number of delight of their visual allure. first and maximum positive all and varied is going to experience more effective positive and a lot less depressed inspite of in the journey that they already are depressed in the journey that they'll do the most proper with what they have and practice a minimum of effective hygiene. Then the more effective that they'll and would do with their visual allure will advance their self-worth through 1 hundred ten%. i'm residing evidence of that and up until eventually 3 months in the past after 22 years of marriage i ought to bypass 6 months no longer positioned makeup and lied to the international and myself that i became comfortable with it. Now I received't a lot as bypass for a jog with no minimum of eyeliner and lipstick. My marriage has gotten a a lot needed advance. I probable do, no, i comprehend that I do have a husband that loves me unconditionally and could stay with me by thick and skinny even if it truly is not any good excuse to allow him look into a hag because of it. i love myself a hell of so a lot more effective and if each body is going to be haten on you on your question do not difficulty about it because there perchance some that ought to maintain in mind that they resemble your statement and do some thing about it and be grateful you revealed it. If there is any maximum recommendations-blowing position to ask some thing of this nature, this communicate board is likely it. more effective of my 2 cents....This has in simple terms lengthy gone over a number of those peoples heads, this isn't about hating or judging for most that is actual situation. i needed I had wakened years in the past.

Since it's only been 4 days, most of the questions are still open; not every Asker chooses the "Best Answer" sometimes they leave it up to a vote. I have had people choose inaccurate answers over mine which was accurate, and even provided a link to the information! Don't be discouraged...

Basically you need to answer a question quicker if your less than 10th in the list then it is unlikely anyone will bother to go far down enough to read it.
Also it takes some time for people to answer questions/ vote etc. may take up to 2 weeks.
