The official story on Iraq has never made sense. The connection that the Bush administration has tried to draw between Iraq and al-Qaida has always seemed contrived and artificial. In fact, it was hard to believe that smart people in the Bush administration would start a major war based on such flimsy evidence. The pieces just didn't fit. Something else had to be going on; something was missing. In recent days, those missing pieces have finally begun to fall into place. As it turns out, this is not really about Iraq. It is not about weapons of mass destruction, or terrorism, or Saddam, or U.N. resolutions. This war, should it come, is intended to mark the official emergence of the United States as a full-fledged global empire, seizing sole responsibility and authority as planetary policeman. It would be the culmination of a plan 10 years or more in the making, carried out by those who believe the United States must seize the opportunity for global domination, even if it means becoming the "American imperialists" that our enemies always claimed we were. Once that is understood, other mysteries solve themselves. For example, why does the administration seem unconcerned about an exit strategy from Iraq once Saddam is toppled? Because we won't be leaving. Having conquered Iraq, the United States will create permanent military bases in that country from which to dominate the Middle East, including neighboring Iran.
This Is The Real Goal Of USA In Iraq.

President Bush is the Arab's best friend.

The rest of the world is content to let Arabs kill each other and live under tyrannical dictators, to suffer under backward conditions where women are treated little better than slaves. Bush has faith in the intelligence and ability of the Arabs to do better. Bush believes they are fully capable of handling democracy and having a more peaceful, prosperous, and stable society in which everyone can be a part of the political process.

He hates with Arabs because many of his oil-rich friends are Arabs or friends of Arabs (American oil companies that actually run the oil production in places like Saudi Arabia). So he hates other Arabs who are not so oil-rich, because Arabs are a very contentious people, with many different religious and ethnic groups all fighting with each other. Bush overlooks the fact that the Saudis are Wahabists, who believe all infidels and most Muslims who do not believe as they do must be killed.

Bush does not hate Arabs,he hates what a hand full of Arabs and non-Arabs have done.
remember, these people have killed more of their own than they have of us.
If some Arab or any body blew up your family would you hate them or the PHILOSOPHY that led them to do it

"why bush hates with arabs"
Interesting question which implies you are not a supporter of Bush since you are making an implied claim of racism (and little fact to support such a claim).

What makes this all the more interesting is how the anti-Bush people ALSO claim he is too friendly with Arabs (see Michael Moore's movie, Daily Kos, etc).

Because of the obvious contradiction in attacks I have to say the answer to your questions is most accurately summed up with this:
The question is more of an ad hominem attack against Bush designed to make you feel better by phishing for "answers" which support you belief. You will find such answers, that is certain, but such a tactic is only carried out, in general, by those who lack the understanding of their own beliefs to actually articulate and defend their hatred of Bush OR those whose self-worth is so low that cheap ploys like this are going to give a boost to the self-esteem since "[people] like me, [they] really like me."

Personally, I think it's because the USA and Israel are Allies. And Israel hates Arabs. So ... I guess you see where I'm going.

If he really really had something against Arabs don't you think he'd bomb more than just Iraq and Afghanistan and try to control more than just Iran?
