i have nothing to do all day....i will be alone and none of my friends are on IM....i have absolutly nothing to do....answering questions was the only thing to occupy my time and now i cant do that....why on earth do they do that???i have already answered as many as i can on 2 email addresses.....and im mad because none of my friends are on IM!!!!!!!!!!

The limits are so people don't come on here and have unlimited answers for spamming or posting inappropriate content. It gives users a little extra time to become familiar with the community guidelines (see link at bottom of page) before posting and then receiving violation notices in their emails.
It also encourages users to rate best answers on resolved questions and vote on undecided questions so they can get to the next level where there are fewer limits. If you reach all your limits for just two days, you can easily get to the next level where you can answer 40 questions a day.
Stick to one email address and look for questions that are a little more rewarding to answer. When you get selected as best answer, you get the most points for that and can progress even more quickly until you get unlimited answers at level 5.

If you'll be patient and keep answering questions, when you've answered 5,000 and reached level 5, there will be no limits. Then you can ask and answer as many questions as your little heart desires. By the way, you are only limited right now to a DAILY limit. You can start again every day and answer up to your limit. Keep at it. You'll eventually reach 5,000 answers and then you'll be at level 5.

I think they do that to allow other people to answer questions also because some people are posting bogus answers to questions just for the points. When I have nothing to do I just go on myspace...if you don't have one then you should sign up...it's fun.
