Jack, I worked in a health center for a three hundred and sixty 5 days and worked contained in the psychological wellness section for 8 of those months. OCD isn't a affliction - actual you've OCD with nerve-racking, no longer OCD causing nerve-racking lol. besides, i'd be blunt. promote off her now yet stay associates. The longer the relationship is going on, the more effective you'll both get connected to at least one yet another. heavily! good success

Why did you break up with her, if thinking about her makes you sad? Well, if you had good reason to break up, then I guess you'll have to get over her. I don't think you should be in a hurry to forget her, trying to do that may only make it more difficult. Just give yourself time, and enjoy the other things you like to do.

when you love someone only time can heal the broken heart. don't go jumping into something new because that will only make it worse you need time to get over this girl hang out with your buddies and meet girls but dont rush it. you need to be ok with the break up and when you do find someone else it will be her you think about not your ex. dont sit around thinking its going to get better that way cuz it wont it will only give you more reason to think about your ex. get out have fun enjoy your self it may take 2 weeks it mat take 2 months or even longer but like i said dont rush it cuz you may end up in the same spot you are now. good luck sweety. and if you and this girl were meant to be then it will happen.

Ask urself. Is this what I really want.
Go back, ur heart is there.
Learn to cope up with the ups and downs.
You will be happy with her. Your heart tells u so.
All the best. Do let me know. I shall be only too happy for the reunion.

Spend a lot of time with your guy friends. Don't give yourself time alone to think about her. And overall keep yourself quite occupied.

you're not going to forget about her for some time, if you really cared for her at all. Time heals all things.
