What happens to the organs beneath a post surgical scar?

A vertical scar from the umbilicus to the pubic symphysis is present post surgical after a uterine fibroidectomy. Can that scar affect the uterus?

Yes, there is the potential for adhesions. It generally won't alter uterine function, but it can cause you a great deal of pain. Adhesions can be surgically corrected, but sometimes it takes a few to get it right.

i dont blieve that it affects it, but just to be on the safe side, sence that area is rather delact, i'd be careful in anything you did there, teehee
