I walk 5 miles, at least 5 days a week. Go over a bridge that spans a mile, 75' hi. Works great, see a difference , month!!!

Walk. Stand. Don't sit too much, don't become a couch potato!!

It appears as though, if you "sit" for a living, you end up with a wide butt...

your better off losing both buttocks or you'll be lop sided and you'll walk funny!

ride a bike for a couple of miles, drink about a liter of water before during and after, it keeps you from eating excessively

walking, lunges, squats and stair climbing are the best..if you feel your muscles hurting a little as you do the exercise,you know it is working..

Wall sits,walking,swimming,anything to exersize from the waist down even sex is good.

you don't lose your buttocks, you just tone it and tighten it. as you lose weight you will find that everyting goes including your rump

Walk...walk...walk...walk..take the stairs, park farther away from your destination... Don't just sit around. Exersize more than you eat. Just some ideas.....
