How to uninstall Symantec from my computer?

a freeze was put on my e-mails because I didn't order the Norton Antiviral package again. I want to delete it from my system because I have another antiviral package. Please help.

just put on the cd option will appear that is the safest way to delete it

Uninstall it from Add Remove programs.

Go to Control Panel, select Add or Remove, find Symantec and highlight it and select remove.

Use the antivirus CD you have
to unistall by running setup. Use remove.
