Sorrry there is nothing really that you should take but there are growth hormones and you must have a prescription for those.
Beside you are only 16 and you are not done growing yet.
My husband said that he didn't stop growing until he was in his early twenties.
Give it a little more time

hey i m 16 too but i m only 5'4 so u should b more happy that u r 6'2 .still u r tall so dont worry abt ur height. n live ur life to the fullest ...

You are not done growing yet ..I bet in a couple of years you will be wear you want to be. 6'2 is still pretty tall !

NO. If your genetics say you will grow anymore, it will most likely happen in the next year or two. If not, accept the fact that you are tall anyway.
