I take vitamins called Hair, skin and nails and use Sally Hansen strong Nails clear polish

Well, I have the same problem, and struggle with it. However, I've heard that increasing your intake of gelatin (jello) helps in strengthening your nails, and helps them to grow faster. I also use a clear nail strengthener frequently....it can be worn alone, or over nail polish (it does work even thru nail polish).

I have brought a product that i think is fabulous. It a very inexpensive kit that contains a nail buffer, nail file, nail oil, and lotion. Buy following the short 2min instructions every day my nails are stronger than ever with no polish needed.

Nail hardener and nail fortifyer. I use both clear ones and my nails stay strong and healthy and grow faster. Good Luck!!!

Keep nailpolish on them. The secret I use is Kewii. You take a sliced Kewii and rub it on your nails, it keeps your nails from getting yellow and it makes them a little stronger.You don't need a big piece, just a small slice big enough to be rubbed on your nails. Good Luck!

I really have tried EVERYTHING out there in nail polish nail hardeners. And NONE of them are worth your money!! It is said that rubbing garlic on each nail and leaving it for 10 min. works miracles!! But the smell is hard to kill.

take a vitamin with a safe level of vitiamin A, this becomes the stuff that makes your nails grow. you also want to use a nail strengthening polish.
i used to paint my nails to keep them from breaking...a plus they look pretty.
finally i would say just go with fake...real nails are a hassel!

Put on clear nail polish too make your nails stronger so that they won't break as easily.
