learn from the jesture. If you ask for help it is much better and kinder to learn than to sit back and watch. Someone ask me for help I am much happier knowing the next time the person will know what to do. ( if it is in their physical and mental capability)
A smile can also melt any doubt that my help was well received.
Words are great but jestures (a smile or handshake) with the words are better

By presenting flowers or chocalates.even u can try out giving "THANK YOU" cards! You can show your gratitude to someone by telling him/her the importance of his/her existence in your life!! If by chance the one who has helped you comes into
trouble then u can help her at that time!

If what you mean is, "What is another way of saying 'Thank you' ?", you can politely say 'I am really grateful !', or 'I am truly obliged !'.
...But, if you want to know what is the opposite of 'Thank you', I have to confess that there is no antonym in the English tongue, for 'Thanks' !
