Kittens are quite filling and really don't require a side dish but mice heads on a ritz is a good appetizer to start.

I prefer kitten with string beans but potato salad would be better if you were barbecuing the kittens

How are you cooking them?
if they are..
Baked - green beans, chef salad
Fried - potato salad, corn or mashed potatos
Boiled - wild rice, artisan bread
mmm...yummy!
Kittens are definitely best in a pie, though, like tourtiere.
Unfortunately I'm vegetarian, so I have to settle for faux kitten. :(

Potato salad! Are you crazy? Everyone knows you serve Coleslaw with tender young kitty's. Just make sure it's not a mayo based slaw dressing.....use a vinegar based dressing.

I like my kittens slow roasted and stuffed. Mashed potatoes is best with decadent kitten gravy, served with fresh garden peas and catnip to garnish. Always serve with red wine since it is,after all, red meat...

no. potato salad only goes well with baby bunnies. i might try a baby ceaser salad as a side with kittens.
