You will also need to consider changing your (a) Will, (b) Health Care Proxy, (c) Living Will, (d) Trust, (e) Power of Attorney; and, (f) Contracts.

I think its something that the court system does to permanitly change names because thats what transexuals do from guy names to girl names so that you can use it on all paper work and license and everything...
