It is set to remember how it last opened. Turn off that setting under tools pull down or enlarge it and then close it, opening it again it should now be FULL

U can control IE explorer and many other options in control panel/ ie settings etc, etc
F11 in windows takes open dialog box or whatever to full screen unless disabled
look for a option on remembering folder settings blah blah

This happens to me every time my daughter uses the computer, and I have NO idea why it does, neither does she. So...I just right click on the top bar of IE, choose "Size", making it exactly the size I want, and left click on the same bar afterwards, then close the browser window, reopening it to that size. From that point on, it keeps the size at what you want, and you don't have to expand anymore.

Mine does the same thing. It's something in the memory. Yes, there is an adjustment that can be done. Look in your index/help/my computer for screen size. I know it can be changed but forgot how.

I believe F10 or F11 adjusts the size of the box

dont hit the expand butin go to the edges and the dubul ended arow will make it opwn full when u stretch it your self
