dl your drivers for the computer. either delete the printer and reinstall and if that doesnt work then just go ahead and plug it in when the error message comes up click on it and it will give you a funky menu. click on the unknown usb device and then hit install drivers from CD. and you should be good to go.

Turn the printer on and check the connection on the back of the printer. Play with the printer buttons.

remove printer and drivers totally uninstall printer
then install drivers first then hook up printer
