The joys and sorrow of the human condition is never being satisfied. Striving to be more, have more, do more, create more is what got us out of the caves in the first place. It is our lot in this universe to never be satisfied. Without that constant ache for something unidentifiable we become lazy and depressed.

any time, satisfaction is a relative, it differs from man to man. if u can find out the level of ur satisfaction then it will be very easy. try to find out the level first and think that u r satisfied. hope it will solve ur problem
