I would spend every second of it with my children, and try to make memories with them that will remain with them for their lifetime. Above all I would make sure they would never doubt how much I loved them.

What are you doing now? You don't really know whther you are going to die now, or 50 years later. Life is unpredictable, so don't say i will do this and this if i find out i am going to die in a couple of days, for all you know these days might very well be your last. So, i am not going to tell you what to do, because i will be indirctly telling you what to do with the rest of your life

Get all my friends together on day one, say goodbye to them with a massive dinner. On day two i'd fly to America from Ireland with my family to see my brother and spend the day on Niagra Falls, where i'd go to meet someone i care deeply. I'd spend the night and next day with her before flying to Nepal to spend my last hours in a Buddhist monastery under the Himalayas overlooking the world.
My last 5 days in this beautiful life would be spent beautifully.
