you almost answered your own question..
take out the lost part and the decendants part and you have the ingredients to what a lot of us believe...even mars has pyramids and a face structure( look up "the face of mars").
planet exploration is something that would have happened regularly if our universe is infinite and you believe in other life forms....we are from afar and have today, lost our way :)

Though of course, it's impossible to know for sure what you are suggesting is a very long shot.
Myself, I'm not to fond of these speculations for two reasons:
Firstly, it doesn't answer a single scientific question, but simply moves them around - life hasn't originated on this planet (or life in the higher evolutionary level), it originated somewhere else. All the really interesting questions of how? remain unaswered.
Secondly, not only is there no proof of any such thing, there is nothing to suggest it in the first place.
If I'm understanding correctly, you're talking about alien beings doing similar experiments to the very first space flights, sending animals into space, which were never brought back. But it is imossible for those animals to reach even the nearest planet alive, for they haven't enough air, food, fuel, nothing really. Regretably they just die. Let alone reaching a whole different star system.
I have always found the less fantastiac and more scientific consepts more interesting. The scientific truth unwaveringly turns out to be more facinating then we could have ever imagined. If you are really interested in our distant ancectors, I suggest you start by reading this:

you know what i was just in the mood for a discussion like this, actually wanted to post a question up before i saw this.
Well I don't really think we're decendents of alien species as your theory suggest but I believe we're a fluke of evolution. Something happened millions of years ago that sparked life. Maybe it wasn't a design for life at first but then as one evolution process after the next those very first living organisms changed from one form to another. Maybe something similar could happen elsewhere in the great exspance of the universe. Countless of systems out there, i'm sure in one of them billions and billions of miles away life sprouted the same way there.

i think it is very possible, if we knew the earth was going to be destroyed in 50 years, we would make thousands of ships and send them off in all directions, hoping that one of them would reach some place else that they could live thousands or millions of years from now. the chance of any of the human lines surviving on the ships might be low, but maybe the ships would make it somewhere and seed a planet with some animals or at least insects or microbes.

Thats a long posiibility. If it was why wasnt any spaceship discovered? Why didn't our ancestors use any technology?Surely if dey had some spaceship dey wud also hav superior technology. Why didn't such technology be used if it was true?
But there r possibilities dat da spaceship actually left our ancestor here so as 2 learn & adapt & 2 leave atleast 1 seed their existence & 2 continue their species,he maynot hav been given any technology so dat we'll succesfully adapt or wont make da same mistake dey made with da technology dey devoloped which cozed disasters.
Ur question if far from answering coz v really dont noe exactly abt our ancestors! So ur question is not completely answerable.

No they didn't, because the aliens are not crazy to send their animal or what ever so, they not to be infected to come back to their mother ship to get infected from their animal so, they will start killing each other and destroying their planet as we do!

It is a possibility, which is hard to verified.
But the concept that aliens could even visit our planet is doubtful, because they cannot exceed the speed of light.
It is more likely that "aliens" are people on the earth in the future who visited us by time travel.

actual there is no evidence that they gave the effect of Blacks do at present. we are all descended from an ancestor who replaced into maximum in all probability darkish-skinned, yet in all likelihood did not look as if Black people do at present. Black people advanced alongside all the different races. you're making it sound like Blacks have not advanced, which isn't real. All people come from that early ancestor, and we do not understand precisely what that early ancestor gave the effect of. in truth, it ought to have had mild darkish epidermis color ameliorations.
