a scotch brite pad and comet or barkeepers friend.
if its this greased up and yucky,,, its going to take this kind of grit and elbow grease.
Also an SOS pad may take the grease off.

there is a cleaning product called mean green that you can get at wal-mart dollar store ect, its cheap and works great on grease stains in carpets almost everything, you can even use it on clothes as a stain remover works great . good luck

try a citrus cleaner it works great...the citrus type cleaners remove built up grease and stuff leaving a nice smell too use a green 3-m pad to scrub with
