I recently bought the new sims 2 game (Open for business). I have opened a resteraunt, and employed heaps of people. I knowyou can promote them, but how?

You can give them a raise using the employees icon in the top right icon. Make sure every time your employees get a new or better badge that you give them a raise or they will quit! You can promote one to manager (at a community business, not home business) if he has 5 badge points. Each bronze badge is worth one point, silver is worth two points, and gold is worth three points. So your employee can be a manager with 5 bronze badges, 2 silver and 1 bronze badge, 1 gold and 1 silver badge, etc.

Your worker must have distinctive badges (i don't understand the precise ones). at the same time as the worker does have sufficient, click the sim, click the "administration" bubble, and click "promote to manager." be effective to improve the authorities's revenue.

You can promote them become your shop manager (so you can stay at home, but dont forget to check your business everyday by phoned) if they have silver badge register.... You can find new employes by phone of computer...You only can have 8 employess for you business.... Hopefully I can help you...
