Try some local bars. You might be able to get hired as a bartender. NOT all bars pay under the table, but a few still do. The pay and tips, well you do the math, it can work out nicely for you.

Try doing house work for people or baby sitting. Maybe laundry or running errands. Some builders will hire to clean up a house behind them... I think you'll be lucky to find anything that fits exactly into your schedule and will pay your rent, though.

try bartending. Most places will pay a wage per hour and will pay at end of the night or a set day of the week. You also get tips too.
