Greatest feat to me was an underdog Villanova team winning the 1985 NCAA basketball title, coming from an 8 seed to take it all.

Armstrong's 7 titles are nice, but the team nature of the Tour makes it a less stellar feat.

I can't believe no one has said this, especially in the football topic area. It has to be the 1972 Miami Dolphins being the only UNDEFEATED team in NFL history. They won every regular season game and every playoff game including the Super Bowl. Then they preceded to win win some more games next season in 1973 and had the longest winning streak of games. Their coach was the winningest coach in NFL history: Don Shula.

Pretty strong arguement for Lance Armstrong's 7 Tour de France victories.(The urine tested was 5 to 7 years old. Plus Euritheoptien is a drug used to promote red blood cell growth in cancer patients). Trust me. It didn't help him win. He has 25 % greater lung capacity than most individuals and his body creates less lactose.
I will however vote for Cal Ripken Jr's consecutive games streak. Also a nod to Brett Favre's consecutive starts streak.
