Depends. If you're actions put you there then don't do it again and everyone will be a lot happier. And don't worry- that puts you in control. So it's good, just not now it's not so good but that will pass and you must look to that day. Secondly, if you're just down then get some exercise- Socrates.

WRONG IF YOU DO OR DO NT,Weigh out the situation, all that means is that there will be some people that wont agree with, follow your own person of right or wrong take their advice weigh it and make the decision with in you, right or wrong you made the choice, if it is wrong learn from it and then change it if possible to right.

Become flexible. You can't break Silly Putty only smush it into a new shape. I would become the Silly Putty and instead of breaking or fighting the situation I would relax and allow the situation to mold me into something that would allow me to become a new shape altogether. Thus, allowing me to grow and bend to my situation.
