You do not need to delete the folders, just right click them all while holding down the ctrl key, and move them out of startup. You may want to make a new folder on your desktop ( right click the desktop, click new, folder) then open your startup folder, and move the common folders into the new folder your created.

double left click on My computer>Double left click on Local Disc C:>2Xleft click Program Files>2xleft click StartUp>look for the folder name here ("Common Folder") if found check what`s in it if nothing you care about or empty >>>>right click on it ("Common Folder") >Delete...you shoul be done ...restart se if it popup`s again

CONTROL PANEL FOLDER OPTIONS CHECK IT FIRST AS TO WHAT IS IN THOSE FOLDERS IF NOT PERTAINING TO WINDOWS THEN DELETE ALL
