We are not over populating the earth. This is a lie if you took all the people on earth and gave them a three foot square to stand in we would all fit in the state of Florida ,and if you gave everybody a house and a 50 x50 piece of land we would all fit in Texas with room to spare. So don't listen to the Main stream media it's all Lie's and don't worry about the Earth she has a way of dealing with these things .Such as dieses earth quakes tornado's and Comets ....Wait ones heading towards you now..

Alas, I'm afraid the honest answer is that it won't happen until mankind is extinct as a species. One would like to think we're finally learning and taking measures to change our destructive behaviour but, collectively speaking, we are doing nothing of the sort. Like many others, I try to do my part to make a bad situation less so (recycle, walk or ride a bike instead of driving, etc.) but I'm afraid that as long as our so-called leaders continue to cozy up to irresponsible corporations and otherwise make excuses for NOT doing the right thing, the situation will only grow worse and worse. I wish it were otherwise.

People like Bill Ford who yes, builds automobiles that pour toxic waste into our atmosphere has taken the first steps to reduce if not try and eliminate toxic pollutants with the introduction of his eco-friendly autos. Much like his father he's one of our new generation pioneers. BP has also taken bold leaps. As far as our society shrinking, I highly doubt it. When there are major snow storms, flood, 9-11s, disease, people have a tendency to pro-create, its the nature of the beast.

If earth was a human body, then mankind would be a virus multiplying and spreading toxins throughout it's host. Wear the conscious condom and the sky will return to blue again.

we as humans will never stop over populating and polluting, not enough people care about our planet. Once we realize we are being detrimental to ourselves, will be when the world ends.

That is a very nice dream, but we're human and it's in our nature to destroy. I hope that our dream comes true someday, but I wouldn't count on it. The only way I can see and I've been trying to start a fedrally funded orginazation that goes around and cleans litter up, etc, but they say they already have businesses that do that, lol

When we have somewhere else to go. Or perhaps when Mother Nature gets angry enough to kill off 99% of the current population.
Whichever comes first.
