This pond is on the back of our house which is where by bedroom is located. Even with the windows closed you can here them at night. I want a way to get them out of the pond.

You really should be glad they are there, frogs are a sign that a pond is healthy. I suggest earplugs or getting used to it. I know of no other way.

They can be toads or frogs.
Fish will eat the eggs.
Add some gold fish (not Koi)

try one of these sites. the ultasonic frequecies should deter the frogs from resideing close to your house.
