People who "can't "stand to hear the truth usually didn't want to know the real answer to that pirticular question in the first place. Those tpe of people are living in their own "bubble-wrapped" world and only want to hear answers and comments that are in their favor.

What defines "the truth"? Are you referring to someone's opinion of the truth or something more black and white? For example, if someone tells me that I am a jerk, they could be telling me THEIR truth, but that doesnt mean that its MY truth. If someone tells me I am a black man, thats not really debatable, thats the truth. You have to distinguish the difference.
