Just input Clan and whatever surname you are looking for. Also I believe records are kept at Somerset House in Edinburgh though that may have changed

Ancestry.com is pretty good. Another neat site is Ellis Island.org. They can sometimes show you what ship, the log book and exact date your relatives were there. I found my Great Grand Mother who came over when she was 14.
