As others said, read as much as you can.
Also, listen to others who speak well, such as the more in depth news programs on TV and Radio.
Most importantly, find someone who is good at grammar to learn from, and who can and will correct you when you speak and write ungrammatically. They will reinforce what you do right and correct what you do wrong.

Read alot of books and read the newspaper. The more you read, the more familiar you will become with proper sentence structure and grammar. Good luck!

if possible keep talking in english
or else join some english classes

try reading things on the net or in books of the same topic and on the same basis, wirte and talk
