yes i always thought they should clean that up or have a catagory for that kind of ? so we dont want our young kids reading that kind of crap

Your question is not very clear. Do you mean a Category for sexual realated questions?
All genuine sex related questions can be put under Categories Health or Relationship.
But sometimes people ask very crude questions just for the heck of asking thats when they get reported. At times the question could be kind of relevant but usage of slang words makes it disgusting so askers should also take care of thier language and use proper medical terms instead of crude slang (eg Penis intstead of d%*# , Vagina instead of p#@#$) and you wont get reported.
