It depends for the housing economy is sky rocketing. Last year landed properties were struggling to be sold at 600k but now they are selling out like hotcakes at a minimum of 1.2mil. If you live near the town area, it would cost about 800-900 or even higher, while in the normal area it would cost about 300-500 for a small room. Can't really fix the price because you might not get it even if it's around this.
