I always see that International Security Councle do not have enough strength to force countries who attack others and killing inocents especially women & kids to obey the international laws and rules and to stop like these affensive acts , and some times I feel like that the ISC is supporting these countries by allowing them escape from the justice grip ?

First of all, the Government of the Country who may be doing these things has to sign on the IS or UN treaty of agreement and step up to the plate to claim they want part of the International alliance or UN & IS.

If they dont want to agree to the treaty's laws and codes of condcut that the councils set forth for them to obey and abide by, they dont have to. A lot of times their UN or IS Reps get violently chased out of the Country when they try to personally settle disputes and keep the peace amongst citizens, deliver food ...what ever the situation may be!

I will try to make this simple .The UN is bought and paid for they block action and take money with both hands ,the leader has his son also helping him carry out the money.Till you get honest representatives in from all countries it will remain a joke where we go to vent our frustration
If the UN was responsible the world would be after terrorist not just a few country's willing to spend the revenue and manpower to stop that low life Satan
